The risk with any planned trip is that you could run into delays or an unforeseen circumstance resulting in the tour being delayed, or a missed connection to your return flights.

In such a circumstance, the cost to rectify a problem such as missing booked flights for all affected passengers, as well as possible accommodation and meal costs whilst awaiting new flight departures, could run into tens of thousands of dollars. This cost would be the responsibility of each individual passenger.

Travel Insurance offered when traveling with Macquarie Educational Tours, would offer coverage in the event of such an incident.
